Sometimes a phone call is simply not enough. Powernet has a dedicated team of network engineers who can visit sites to install and resolve problems for business clients.
Powernet uses its own bespoke software tools to monitor its network and infrastructure, ensuring we know about any potential threats before they happen. Powernet is dedicated to improving its technical support as the services it offers clients expand. We are currently working on a customer portal that will enable clients to monitor and manage many of their services.
